Openbox is a highly configurable, next generation window manager with extensive standards support.

Installation

root # emerge --ask x11-wm/openbox

Configuration

user $ mkdir -p ~/.config/openbox
user $ cp /etc/xdg/openbox/* ~/.config/openbox/

Starting

~/.xinitrc

exec openbox-session
