I believe that it is beneficial to know why someone wants a page to be updated. That is why I think this template should take a "reference" parameter. Could someone explain why you are against it? --Duncan

imho talks in page "This page need more info" looks annoying. It's a fact that empty packages wiki pages need more info. --Oleg
 
Yes, it is obvious that empty wiki pages need more information, you are right. But what about pages with lots of information on them, like OpenRC? --Duncan
