Often times, if you're experincing build failures, users on the chat will want you to share more information
about your system. Your Funtoo install is quite unique and fine-tuned to your system, and users
will have a hard time figuring out your problem without additional information. This is  your chance to  be vocal about your problem, we generally don't mind the chatter as long as it helps in resolving the problem. However, to share emerge info, and build log information on irc use {{package|app-text/wgetpaste}}.  Share links wgetpaste returns to you, rather than posting directly to the channel.
 
Generally, if you describe your problem well, you can expect to get quite a swift response. If not, the developers will probably catch your issue when they review the chat for news and will contact you
