Xorg and other Updates
Updates to following packages now available:
- Due to several security vulnerabilities[1,2,3], xorg-server masks now removed, which will bring xorg-server-1.19.1 on current and 1.18.4 on stable builds. Tested on gnome3
- Updates to certain x11 packages that also unmasked with X, such as x11-drivers/xf86-input-evdev, x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel, etc
- Update to OpenRC-0.23.2. We keep old-fashioned
rc
andrunscript
symlinked to new binaries, so services startup and older scripts will work without any warnings. Generally, when writing init-scripts, its recommended to use#!openrc-run
shebang now. - corenetwork-1.6.2 correction update which will fix trunked vlans.
