Can we add the use of elinks as an option. If you have not ssh'd in, then elinks is a lot easier to use than wget.
Also, strongly suggest this page is clear that you have to set up gpg as per the link or it will not work. The command shown are misleading.

^^ elinks is a good idea -- can you open a bugs.funtoo.org issue for adding links/elinks to the install docs? They are about to be revised and we'll add this in soon. Also for GPG, please open a separate bug with reproduction steps so I can clearly understand what you're saying.
