Steam depends on 32-bit libs that funtoo 1.3 is unable to use 32-bit toolchain.

SOLUTION:
a) edit `release = 1.3` -> `release = 1.2` in `/etc/ego.conf` followed by ego sync && emerge -uDU --with-bdeps y @world.
