Improvements and Fixes

ego boot updatewill now copyamd-uc.imgto/boot-- this is a fix for an issue related to loading microcode for AMD processors at boot-time.- FL-6103
- When scanning for kernels,
ego bootwill now automatically skip.sigfiles used for Secure Boot. I also incorporated a fix from User:vadik which allows for specific kernels or kernel patterns to be excluded with a-pattern. Previously, this feature was undocumented and not working. Now it should be working and also is documented in the man page.
