如果你的系统上的时间与实际的时间相差太远（特别是几月甚至是几年，）那么有可能会导致 Protage 无法正确地通过 https 下载源码包。原因是有一些源码会包会通过 https 下载，而 SSL 证书是具有完整的激活和过期时间的。但是，如果你的系统时间与正确的时间相差不多，目前是可以跳过这段的。
