Create and edit the file .bash_profile inside of the directory /part/to/chroot/directory/root/ to include the following

root # nano root/.bash_profile

   .bash_profile - /root/.bash_profile inside of /path/to/chroot/directory/

#run env-update on 32-bit chroot login
env-update
